There’s Still Time to Respond to the Provider Directory Survey

  • November 7, 2019

In September, we sent a survey to ensure your directory information is accurate. It’s important to review the information, acknowledge its accuracy or update any fields, and send it back to us.

    This survey:

    • Ensures our members can easily contact you to make an appointment.
    • Follows Washington State’s Brennen’s Law (HB1099) effective January 1, 2020. The bill is intended to make it easier for patients to find behavioral health and substance use disorder care. It requires health plans to post specific information about panel status of mental health and substance abuse providers, among other things.
    • Helps people find providers that offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) as part of their care plan for substance use disorder. This is new information that Premera will make available to our members in our directory, so it’s particularly important that we receive your survey response.

Please return this important survey as quickly as possible so we can update our directory to support our members.
