Beginning April 1, 2019, Premera Blue Cross won’t administer infertility treatment services for Amazon members. Progyny Patient Care Advocates will administer these services.
For any questions regarding care with dates of service on or after April 1, call Progyny Patient Care Advocates at 855-369-3343. Premera will continue to cover services to evaluate potential infertility under the Amazon medical benefit.
