    In 2016, we launched Premera Listens to collect customers’ feedback and act on it to improve the experience of our customers. Premera Listens provides a targeted avenue for customers to leave feedback in a variety of ways such as after they speak with Premera’s customer service, use our web site, and even after visiting your office.

    Over the past two years, we’ve received responses from thousands of our customers – some are wonderful, and some are heart wrenching. When it comes to something as important as their health and their families, customers want to tell their story. We provide an efficient, straight forward way for them to tell us why they stayed with their doctor’s office for the past 20-years or why they chose to undertake the time and stress of finding a new family doctor. Premera Listens is taking this information, reading it, analyzing it, and acting on it every day. The best part is, it’s also available to you!
