Feedback Needed for Provider Websites

    Beginning in January 2017, you can participate in a quick survey to share your views about our provider websites. The survey will identify how we can improve our website’s functionality to better serve you and support your work.

    The survey includes just one question and a comments section. You can participate in two ways:

    • You may receive email survey invites after logging into and out of the site.
    • In the near future, you’ll be able to take the survey on the provider website. We’ll share more information soon.

    About Premera Listens

    The survey is part of Premera Listens, a research program that helps us learn from our members and providers.

    Premera Listens gives us continuous feedback from customers and providers about their recent interactions with us. In addition to the provider survey, we have ongoing member surveys about provider office visits, our call center, and our member website.
