You’ll be able to view detailed dental customer benefits, including:
- Eligibility for dental coverage
- In/out-of-network benefits, deductibles, maximum allowance, and amount remaining
- Plan dental benefits for preventive, basic, major, and other services
- X-ray history
- Treatment history
- Missing tooth clause
- Waiting period
- Prep vs. seat dates
- Benefit exclusions
