We made several changes to our Medicare Advantage dental benefits for 2022. The most important change was adding comprehensive dental  benefits to all Premera Medicare Advantage (MA) plans. To make it easier for you to care for our members, we have a few resources to share:

• Log in our Medicare Advantage dental home page or to OneHealthPort for secure tools for MA dental. We have a separate website and online tools for MA.
• Check the landing page for information about what’s covered and how to use our online tools by reviewing our training guide.
• Call 855-612-7477 if you have questions about a member’s eligibility or benefits. The number is on the back of the ID card.
• Review our  MA dental enhanced benefit document for details about what’s covered.
• Check our MA utilization review document prior to delivering dental services. Predetermination reviews are standard protocol.
