When you sign in, you'll find specific information about your plan. You can pay bills or track claims and spending toward your deductible. You can also find doctors, dentists, pharmacies, urgent care centers, hospitals, and emergency rooms contracted with your plan to be in network.

If you enrolled in a plan through Washington Healthplanfinder, you'll need to contact them to update your details. We aren't able to make any changes to information held in their systems.

If you are enrolled through your employer, notify your employer. They will pass your new information on to us.

If you enrolled directly with us, call us at 800-607-0546 (8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday) and we can update that information for you.
