Each time you visit a health care provider and file a claim, you receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB), which explains how your claim was processed. An EOB is not a bill.
EOBs are now posted online and can be accessed from your Premera account. You can choose to receive email notifications and discontinue receiving EOBs by mail. See sample email notification.
To receive email notifications, add your email address to your contact information and select the "Paperless" option. To discontinue email notifications, uncheck the "Paperless" option.
