  • Access Your Benefits and Claims

    In the password-protected area of this site, you can verify coverage and check benefits when you need to see a provider or look at your claims history.

    Once you’ve visited your provider, you can log in to check the status of your claim for the office visit or other services you received. Plus, you have 24/7 access to your Reimbursement Account information. Log in
