  • New to U.S. health care

  • If you’re new to the United States, you’ve probably discovered that using the health care system can be confusing, whether it’s finding the right provider for your situation, managing your care, or paying follow-up medical bills. The Health Connect Plan is designed to simplify the overall health care experience.

Here’s how to decide if the Health Connect Plan is right for you:

    What you need to do:

The Health Connect Plan gives you access to a wide range of providers, including pediatricians, specialists, and much more. If the providers you and your family see today are part of the Health Connect network, this plan may work well for you. Be sure to check out providers for every family member.

    Find Health Connect network providers

If you don't have a preferred provider today or are willing to build a relationship with a new provider that is in the Health Connect network, the Health Connect Navigator can help you find the right providers for every member of your family, based on your needs and preferences.

Your total out-of-pocket costs for each Microsoft medical plan can vary, depending on your health care needs. The Health Connect Plan makes it easier to predict how much your costs will be because of the convenient copays for many common health care services, including prescription medications. When you pay a copay for a service, there is no deductible and no follow-up bill to pay for that service.

    Also consider:

    The benefits of coordinated care

Under the Health Connect Plan, your PCP works with other network providers as needed—including sharing test results and medical records. Your PCP will also make recommendations for follow-up care, such as tests and seeing specialists. Working closely with your PCP may mean less work for you to navigate your health care.
