All individual health plans include benefits for a variety of healthcare needs, including preventive care and wellness services, prescription coverage, laboratory services, emergency care, in- and outpatient care, mental health and substance use disorder services, physical rehabilitation, and maternity, newborn, and pediatric care.
Premera's plans go above and beyond other health plans to help keep you and your family healthier.
For more than 80 years, the Northwest has relied on Premera for healthcare coverage. We offer exceptional, compassionate customer service. And we also offer one-on-one phone support for customers with diabetes, asthma, cardiac disease, and other chronic health issues.
Premera's preferred provider organization (PPO) health plan is designed for the unique needs of Alaska residents. This plan provides benefits for both in-network and out-of-network doctors and other health care providers.
When you receive services from in-network providers, you'll usually have lower out-of-pocket costs. Each plan type is available in bronze, silver, or gold levels. These levels refer to the out-of-pocket costs and monthly plan premium, not quality of coverage.
Plan rates vary based on the area in which you live. Check plan details and rates.
