Dental Essentials can be funded 100 percent by employees, or employers can voluntarily choose to fund a portion of employee premiums (up to 50 percent). Regardless, Dental Essentials members receive the highest benefits when they choose services from in-network providers. Or they have the choice to use an out-of-network provider, at a reduced benefit level.
