Premera wants to help you get the care you need for the coronavirus that causes COVID-19.Get information about your plan
Get care when and where you need it—and right now that’s at home.
If you have COVID-19 symptoms or need care for a cold, allergies, a rash or other non-emergency situations, please use telehealth first to avoid possible exposure. We've expanded options for you:
We understand the need to fill your prescriptions without going out. You have options.
We have adjusted our "refill too soon" policy to ensure customers have needed medications on hand. Just let your pharmacist know that you want an added supply at home based on COVID-19. You also have access to 90 day supplies by mail order. There are some exceptions to this policy, so ask your pharmacist.

Can I go to a lab to get tested?
To avoid possible spread, you should not go to a lab for testing without an order from your doctor.
Do I have coverage if I’m traveling?
Depending on your health plan, you might have coverage. You can access telehealth* from anywhere in the United States. If you have a suitcase icon on your member ID card, you have access to the nationwide Blue Cross Blue Shield network. Sign into your account and use Find a Doctor to find in-network care near you.
If you are out of the country, call 1-800-810-2583 to locate doctors and hospitals outside the United States.
