    Jim Grazko is Senior Vice President, Alaska Market and Chief Underwriting Officer. In Alaska, Grazko establishes Premera’s direction and focus in the $300 million market with innovative healthcare delivery models. He provides leadership for the company’s long- and short-range operational, membership and financial goals. In his underwriting role, he drives the company’s strategic plan to achieve membership and financial objectives. He leads a team in underwriting multi-state-driven product segments, including stop loss, alternative risk sharing, self-funded contracts, large group health plans, among others.

    Prior to joining Premera, Grazko served as Director of Underwriting for Health Net, where he ran underwriting for their western region. He also worked as a consultant with Ernst & Young in the firm’s Actuarial, Benefits and Compensation practice. Grazko graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio with a BS in Mathematics. He also holds a Masters degree in Health Services Administration from George Washington University in Washington, DC.

    Lynn RustLynn Rust Henderson, Vice President, Sales & Service, Alaska Market

    As the vice president of Sales & Service and market head of Sales for Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska, Lynn Rust Henderson is accountable for all sales and service functions for Premera’s group employee benefit division. Further responsibilities include development and definition of channel distribution and product development strategies. Additionally, Lynn leads the strategy and execution of Premera’s worksite well-being solutions for the Alaska market. She currently lives in Anchorage and serves on the boards for the Anchorage Economic Development Corporation and American Heart Association.

    Prior to joining Premera, Lynn served as vice president of sales and service of employee benefits with Aetna in Michigan. Also while in Michigan, she held positions of senior leadership in sales and product development with University of Michigan’s MCARE. Lynn has significant experience working with large national employers from manufacturing, Detroit’s Big Three auto companies, and large banking institutions.

    Lynn has a B.A. degree from the Ohio State University. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Development Program at the Healthcare Leadership Institute at the University of Michigan’s Ross Business School.
