To better serve our members, Premera updated the Find a Doctor search function by simplifying the search and adding the auto suggest feature.
Updates include:
- More ways to search: Use quick links for common searches, type-ahead suggestions, and key terms searches.
- Natural search: Enter the name of a provider, facility, or specialty in the same entry field. If not exact or spelled correctly, the search will still return close results.
- "No Results" is no longer a dead end: If the search yields no results, "Did you mean?" suggestions or increase the search radius will display.
To ensure you are included in these searches, check the Find a Doctor tool if your information is accurate. If it needs to be updated, fill out this form, and email the completed form to Provider.RelationsWest@premera.com.
We request that providers are only listed at locations where they accept appointments. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) calls your practice on a regular basis to confirm that you’re following this requirement and if your information is current in the directory.
