Our new web-based training can help. A web-based training is a video that your team can watch when they choose. You’ll find the Claims Best Practices training in our Learning Center.
The training includes 3 short modules:
- 10 Best Practices for Claims (8 minutes) — Best practices that your team can use to improve claims quality. Includes introductory information for new team members.
- Conquer Coding Mistakes (5 minutes) — Common oversights and how to prevent them.
- Manage Modifiers (4 minutes) — Appropriately and accurately use modifiers—two-character codes that add more detail to your claim.
You can watch the modules individually, at your convenience. The training can be watched with headphones or without, since we include an onscreen version of the narration.
