Premera just launched detailed dental benefits within our eligibility and benefits tool on our provider website and through electronic transactions. This new option helps you self-serve for customer information, giving you more time with your patients.
Our new, detailed dental customer benefits include:
- In/out-of-network benefits, deductibles, maximum allowance, and amount remaining
- Plan dental benefits for preventive, basic, major, and other services
- Treatment history including X-ray history and last date of service
- Contract language like missing tooth clause, waiting period, and prep vs. seat dates
