We’re launching a new version of our mobile app this month to provide members with a more personalized experience. Members will now be able to:
- Log in with Touch ID. No more forgotten passwords.
- View their ID card right from the app. If members forget their ID card, they can show their ID card from their phone.
- Find providers in their plan’s network or find the closest urgent care or hospital.
- See their deductible and out-of-pocket maximum amounts and progress for both family and individual.
What do providers need to know?
Premera members can now show you their ID cards on their phones when they come in for services. If you need a copy of their ID card for your records, members can email an image of the card through the app. Fax capabilities are coming soon.
