It can be difficult for patients to find care for chronic conditions that’s convenient. Northwest Kidney Centers opened a new dialysis clinic that will make it easier for your patients in the South Sound to get the care they need closer to home.
This is Northwest Kidney Centers’ first clinic in Pierce County and is located at 6021 12th St. E. in Fife. The new clinic has capacity for up to 60 patients who will visit three times a week for a total of about 9,400 treatments per year. When the clinic is at full operation, it will be open six days a week, including Saturday.
In addition to administering dialysis treatments, the clinic will include space to train patients to do self-dialysis on their own at home, and monthly checkups. It also is contracted with Premera, so your patients will have in-network rates and cost shares.
