  • In-network doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies can confirm your coverage directly with us. Once your application has been processed completely, you can get care if you need it, even if you don't have your ID card. You can also call us at 800-508-4722 (5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday), and we'll give you your ID number.

    If you have your member ID number you can print a temporary card.

    You can create an online account. You'll need your member ID number and suffix from the front of your ID card. First, create an account. Then, log in and associate your account with your plan by entering your ID number.

    When you log in, you'll find specific information about your plan. You can pay bills or track claims and spending toward your deductible. You can also find doctors, dentists, pharmacies, urgent care centers, hospitals, and emergency rooms contracted with your plan to be in-network.

    If you enrolled in a plan through healthcare.gov, you'll need to contact them to update your details. We aren't able to make any changes to information held in their systems.

    If you are enrolled through your employer, notify your employer of the change. They will notify us.

    If you enrolled directly with us, call us at 800-508-4722 (5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday) and we can update that information for you.
