In-network doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies can confirm your coverage directly with us. After your
application has been processed completely, you can still get care if you need it, even if you don't have your ID card.
If you have your member ID number you can sign in and print a temporary card.
To get your member ID number, call us:
Group plans: 800-508-4722 (5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific time, Monday to Friday)
Individual / Family plans: 800-809-9361 (8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday to Friday
If you haven't already, go to Sign In to create an online account. You'll need your member ID number and suffix from the front of your ID card.
When you sign in, you'll find specific information about your plan. You can pay bills or track claims and spending toward your deductible. You can also find doctors, dentists, pharmacies, urgent care centers, hospitals, and emergency rooms contracted with your plan to be in network.
If you enrolled in a plan through healthcare.gov, you'll need to contact them to update your details. We aren't able to make any changes to information held in their systems.
If you are enrolled through your employer, notify your employer of the change. They will notify us.
If you enrolled directly with us, call us at 800-809-9361 (8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday) and we can update that information for you.
