Steals for the Cure benefits Susan G. Komen Puget Sound

Every year more than 5,000 women in Washington State will discover they have breast cancer. Susan G. Komen Puget Sound aims to make sure they will not face this challenge alone. Premera proudly stands in their corner.

In 2018, we've teamed up with Komen and the Seattle Mariners to fight breast cancer with Steals for the Cure. For every stolen base by the Mariners this season, Premera’s donating $500 to Komen (up to $30,000 total). But we can't stop there.

Komen and other advocates provide necessary resources to find the cure and help people battle breast cancer. With your help we can get there.

Join us for the Mariners' August 17, 2018 home game against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Part of the proceeds from each ticket sale will help Komen.

You’ll not only support a great cause, but you can receive an exclusive pink Mariners baseball cap. Redeem your ticket in Section 339 (while supplies last, before the 3rd inning).

The funds go directly to the fight against breast cancer. In 2015, Komen supplied more than 42,000 services to individuals in need. That included 9,600 mammograms and 7,200 clinical breast exams in western Washington. The impact to our local communities is significant.

Curious about the people who Komen helps with these services? Meet Martha.
